Hi, moving to Arlington 7/1/09. short term lease needed. CAN'T FIND! Help! either mon. 2 mon. of 3 mo.
Hi, we are moving to Arlington July 1st. We need short term lease since we are actively trying to buy a house. I can't find a decent month to month or 3 month term leases....HELP! Also, what would the penalty be if we moved out of a lease early? HELP!!!
Unfortunately, Lynn is right. Short term leases on homes are very rare, and the penalty for breaking the lease is pretty stiff.
I work with out of town/state buyers all the time. Are you able to purchase before you move? That way you are only moving one time, and then it's into your new home.
