HI, I moved to The Woods at Boca Del Mar for my son to attend kindergarten. My credit is horrible (divorce) and my rent is $875, electric bill is $50 per month. The property backs to two ponds and a walk-thru to Del Prado school. It ain't pretty but it's affordable.

Within this school district you can also find rentals in privately owned units. There are condos, townhouses and single family houses. There are also some really good deals out there if you are looking to buy something.

Let me know what your budget is and how large a home you need. Are there any pets, and if you have a dog how large is it and what breed is it. Unfortunately many places do not allow pets.
