Check the land use in your area and see if that space could be used for a rental property. You can add value to a buyer if they can generate income from that conversion. Also, be sure you get permits for all work done as we can not list your home and include area that is not permitted in our MLS without disclosing it. If the mobile can be fixed up and sold as investment property it could sell to the right buyer. If the mobiles needs to be removed for land value you might been able to sell the land for $ 10,000 to $12,000. Your plan should be talk to a few agents and find the right connect and move forward.
