To answer your question... The owner wants 10% down. The payments we will have to figure once an interest rate is negotiated... but should range between $950 and $1100 per month..
However... I will say this... we have some killer loan programs that can help you to finance a home on your own... even if you have "Jacked-Up" credit. Before you go the route of the Owner Finance... we should see where you are... only takes about 15 to 20 min tops!! I have been helping folks clean up credit for 15 years... and if you have enough to put down 10%, I am pretty sure we can clean your credit up enough for you to qualify for the good stuff... and have a lot more homes to choose from. Just a thought...
But if owner finance is what you are looking for... this seller is willing to play.
