What does "pending" mean on a listing? Is it sold or about to be listed for sale?
It means that the property is currently in escrow, and the seller is not accepting any more offers.

A potential tenant is 50 & wheel chair bound . this is a 55 home. She said the law requires the disabled be treated = to seniors. True?
Look up the HOPA rules, the way I read it an adult community is exempt. The fact that a person is in a wheel chair does not give them the right to break the HOPA rules.

How can I get a waiver from the HOA for my four neutered, ten year old, indoor cats if the HOA has a limit of two pets per unit?
I don't like HOA's. I advise you to move to a place that doesn't have one. I question whether two extra cats is going to devalue your home or your neighbors. In many homes that I look ... more

Hi, when I see a home listed as a foreclosure at lets say $100.000 owed thats not a selling price?
no this is not the sale price this is just what they owe, sounds like the seller would likely sell the home or reinstate than let it go to foreclosure and miss out on their equity.
