Hello All! Do you fellow Brokers know of any good lenders that work with the VA loan program? My client has served 9 years and counting. Thanks

Many lenders do VA. Ask about the Illinois welcome home heros program as well - good deal for veterans.

My name is Leonard Pollard, and I am the person that is going to help you accomplish your mortgage needs and lower your payment. You just recently made a mortgage inquiry and that is why I am writing to you now. When dealing with potential borrowers over the internet, I typically introduce myself first via email. I will try to call you within 24 hours unless you prefer a different time or place for me to contact you.

I must tell you that I do not work with all potential borrowers just as they do not work with me. I am straight forward and to the point. In addition to that, I treat every borrower with the same level of service that I expect for myself when making important financial decisions. I use my 13 years of experience in the mortgage industry to provide the best products available for my borrowers and their specific needs.

I would like the opportunity to have a brief conversation with you to discuss your expectations. If you feel that you would like to talk sooner, do not hesitate to call or reply at any time.

Our mission, at Peoples Home Equity, Inc., is to secure the best mortgage available for our clients. We will work diligently to find you the best possible terms, helping you achieve your financial goals in a friendly and professional manner. Our clients truly do come first and will be treated with the utmost respect and forthrightness. You will notice the difference from the initial consultation.

Best Regards,

I am a local mortgage broker and would be happy to help your VA customers get pre-qualified. I am a Certified Milititary Housing specialist.

We work with over 30 lenders to help get the best possible financing. We specialize in FHA, VA, 203k renovation loans and Reverse Mortgages for refinance and purchase too! Were other banks require a 640 and above score to help with financing, our lenders will go as low as a 580 score on an FHA mortgage and 600 on VA loans to 100%. SMC carries an A+ Better Business Bureau Rating and we have worked in the community for over 15 years!

Please call or email me so we can set aside some time to get you prequalified; or visit my website to complete the application at

I look forward to working with you!

I have been working with VA loans for many years and yes Suzanne just pointed out the obvious program that is fantastic! The Welcome Home Hero's Program provides up to $10,000 as a down payment toward a new home for a qualified Veteran. There is also a MCC (mortgage credit certificate) that comes along with the loan that gives the buyer a 20% tax credit after deductions annually as long as they own the home as their primary residence. I would be happy to discuss these options and the VA process to your buyer. Please let me know if I can help in any way. Thank you!
