does trulia provide historic prices?Looking for Oct 2011 value estimate
This question was asked from this property: http://www.trulia.com/homes/Connecticut/Milford/sold/834129-59-High-St-Milford-CT-06460
I'm not sure what your question is, this property, according to public record, is owned by the same person since 1967. I was unable to find a rental listing for it in the Multiple Listing service, but that does not mean that it is not privately offered for rent or sale by the owner. Also, Orland St. is not located in Woodmont. Are you interested in a rental or purchase?... more
This home’s listing agent can tell you more about this place that I can (and probably will know a lot about similar properties in the area). You can email the agent from listing page using the orange “Contact Agent” button to the right of the home photos.
Or, you can look for other local agents on Trulia here: http://www.trulia.com/voices/directory/
Please let me know if you have any questions or if I can help with anything else. I am happy to be a resource for you. Good luck with the search!
There is a photo of the back yard that is part of the listing details, however, you could also go to Google maps to view the property.
I am not sure about the size of the bedrooms but I would be happy to make an appointment for you to view the home.
Feel free to call me at 203-988-7940.

Hi, if the bank just started foreclosure, they do not own it yet to sell. I can try to do some research to see which bank holds the mortgage but it would be very helpful if you can find out the house number and/or name of the owners. According to the listing information there are 2 Baths, however, the tax records indicate that there is 1 1/2. If you are interested in this property it is best to have your REALTOR make an appointment to see it, or contact the listing agent for details. Regarding where the full bath would be, the house was built in 1950, and from that era Cape Cod style homes had the full bath on the main level near the master bedroom.... more
The Ocean Crest Unit is not an end unit, however, they are built staggered so you do have some free wall space on the sides that does not attach to the units connected. Hope this is helpful.

There are so many ways to answer the question, and there really is no difinite answer. There are so many variables. Here are just some of the items that create the`value of a home. Location, cul de sac, busy road, corner, etc. Land size, level or sloping. Fenced. Age of home, type of siding, windows, roof, furnace, size of home, # of bedrooms and Baths. Is the Kitchen and baths updated? Hardwood floors, Deck, Central Air, Garage. Neighboorhood, family or commercial. Is the beach private? Is is sandy or rocky. Is there access?
What town is it in?
