You are more likely to be able to negotiate when you bring your selected realtor with you to the first visit of their model homes. Builders do want to sell their homes, but, they must look out for their own bottom line first. In any home sale, there are two sides to be represented. In this case, the sellers and the buyers. The representative at the home builders office is already representing the seller.
