Anything please and I also have two pets, one is deaf cat and other is my service dog poodle, he is very trainable, both do not have a single flies on them.. The last I found 27 SFH in these three communites for under $80,000. Today there are 16, so yes there still are some. Most were built in the 1950's to 1970's, but there are a few from the 1980's and even two from 1999.... more
Simple! In a nut shell find an agent that is willing to listen to your wants and needs. From there, if the lines of communication are open, then it should be easy. It also helps if your agent is familiar with the areas your are interested in investing. :-)
