They can do whatever they want! Sounds like you'd be better off just sending via regular mail, if that's what they want. Or sign up for automatic bank withdrawal.

I'm assuming you mean Trulia* and Zillow*. You can edit your home's fact by clicking the "Correct Home Facts" button on Zillow and "Edit Home Facts" button on Trulia. Hope this helps!

You can't put a listing on Trulia unless you are an agent. It is one way of guaranteeing accuracy of information.
