The Boca Raton condo is located in a 55+ community. Typically, you will find condos in Boca Raton that are reasonably priced, or lower in price but that give you an excellent value, tend to be located in active adult communities.

If you are at least 55 years of age, you will be welcome to purchase this Boca condo. If you are less than 55 years old, but you are related to someone who is, then you and that person, or that person alone can purchase the condo and you will be able to live in it. However, typical condos in Boca in active adult communities do not allow anyone under 19 years of age to live in the unit on a full time basis.
