There are only 187 homes for sale in Dripping Springs. Many of those are new homes like in Belterra and some of the other new developments which has sprouted up in this fast past growing area. Another source of these home are the many small and private builders out in this area that have built homes and inventory with no takers. With the new HWY 290 being widened, and the Hill Country Galleria on just the other side, the area is booming. Many shops and well as a HEB have been slated for the area as well. As a realtor who lives out here, there are some REALLY great deals to be had......
