The prices in our market have skyrocketed recently. As some of the other agents have mentioned this is an exclusive new construction development in Cooper City.

Its a Brand New home,
the owner knows what they have invested in the building
and they feel it is WORTH it.
Whether a Buyer agrees, may be another story.
