Hello Natalie! Nathan from Trulia here,

It appears that the information for the listing at… is a public record. The price you see on the map page appears to be the last sold price which we display as comps for buyers and sellers in the area. The listing itself is showing data from the county assessor as to the estimated present value of the home versus its sold price of $650,000. If you have further questions regarding this property or others on our site please do not hesitate to contact us directly at 1-888-466-3501. We will be more than happy to answer any questions you may have. Thank you for using Trulia!!
