A Home Owners Association is a organization in a subdivision, planned community or complex that
enforces rules for the Units within their area.
They also collect HOA Fees to maintain the upkeep of the grounds and amenities.
If you need specific HOA information you would need to provide more info, such as address or complex.

Good Morning,
In case you already knew what an HOA is and just wanted to know WHO the HOA is for this particular property, it is the Lindsley Park HOA and their # is 760-746-0500. Also, the monthly dues are $60/month and that covers common area maintenance.

Hope that helps!
Thanks!

The homeowner association is a corporation formed by a real estate developer for the purpose of marketing, managing, maintaining the homes and lots in a residential subdivision. Membership is mandatory for all property owners within the development and members are usually charged mandatory fees which will go towards maintaining common areas and reserves. They also have the authority to enforce deed restrictions.
