This is a very difficult question. Palm Beach county, other then the island is a very economically integrated location. As an example, even within the beautiful polo community of Wellington, you will find pockets of low income housing. I normally use the schools to determine the best areas and you can go to http://www.greatschools.org/florida/west-palm-beach/
and look for the schools that are rated a 10 and then go to the schools that are rated a low 1 or 2.. What type of properties are you looking for?
