Multiple Parks are in that area of the west side of Buffalo. The two that have courts, and are somewhat close are Asa - Reese Park on the Corner Rees Street and Bradley St. Or the Parkside Dr. portion of Delaware Park has multiple courts. Have fun!

No idea really, I suggest you drive the neighborhood, or work with a local Realtor to find properties you are interested to buy, the local Realtor will be able to drive you through the neighborhood to show you
where parks are, schools, shopping etc.
Anyway you should not look for and buy a home without the help and expertise of an experienced
Realtor your personal Buyers Agent working exclusively for YOU, free to you as they are paid by
the seller's side as long as property is listed by a brokerage and on the MLS, all you need to do is
commit to only ONE Realtor and be loyal, he or she may want you to sign a buyer representation agreement i.e. a loyalty declaration agreement.
Do not do this on your own.
