whats the average listing days in the city of concord
Do you have any data of how many days is a property listed before it sells in the downtown concord historic homes?

Since 1/2007 it has taken an average of 88 days to sell a home in the Concord Historic District and homes sold 95% to list price. Hope this helps... and I would be very happy to assist you with a buy or sale. gmarks@cbunited.com

FIRST ANSWER
In downtown Concord, active listings are at an average of 97 days on market, pending listings at 69 days on market (the best ones sell first!), and sold listings in the past 6 months were at 89 days on market.
