Hard to say as there are few 5+ BR recent sold in Green Grove. The lot size appears to be irrelevant as it is average for the area. The updates are a plus; however, with location, location, location being the predominant factor in real estate I am not certain that the upgrades hold all that much value. One would have to see the property in conjunction with the recent solds to make a true valuation.
