Your question cannot be easily answered because this property has been on & off the market numerous times over the past few year. But here's what I can tell you.
On March 9, 2008, it was listed for $479K, but was reduced to $399K on 4/19/2008, where the price stayed until that listing agreement expired on 7/29/2008. Then this property was re-listed at $399K but was eventually & gradually reduced to $349K, where the price stayed until the listing agreement was cancelled on 10/03/2008. But the house got foreclosued & is now bank owned. So, it got re-listed again for $279,950 on 12/16/2008, where the price has stayed. But what does this information mean to you?
