That's going to be a tough question to answer. Long Beach is so diverse. One zip code differs from the next. The MLS wasn't even around in 97 so there is no way for someone to go back and study the market for you. You may get a vague answer from someone who remembers that market but I don't see many agents eager to respond to this question.
