I am a local Realtor working for Century 21.... I live 8 miles from Pleasanton. If it is a custom home... depends on the Builder.... and yes the area. Also Depends on the acreage your looking for. There are only a few builders here.... want more contact me... pat.west@c21.com

It depends on what builder you get, but I would say a good starting point is $100. Be advised, there are no homeowner's associations in Pleasanton, TX.

You need to identify the area, each subdivison as deed restrictions for builders. That info. governs what price per sq. ft would be.
