Candace- I am a full time REALTOR in the Greater Fredericksburg Area and agree that pricing is a big factor right now. Houses on the market need to offer the most for their money right now.

The key in this market is pricing... with all of the foreclosures out there- you have to be competitive and show very well- 90-120 days is about average-
