Location is the big question here. The closer you are to the water the more expensive the land. The farther away the less expensive....at the same time whether a piece of property is zoned commercial or not makes a big difference. There are very few pieces of property in the city limits that are close to an acre listed that are for residential use. With everything that is going on in the surrounding communities Aransas Pass has the capability of growing into an area that welcomes the home consumer. I would love to give a dollar value, but values can change easily. The best way to find out the answer to this question is to talk to a realtor at the moment you are wanting to find this out. The answer to this question, when it was posed in 2008 is way different than it would be today.
