This particular unit is in "Hold-Don't Show" status. There is another 2-bdrm in this development listing at $119,999, furnished, and a 3-bdrm furnished at $134,900. HOA fee is $469/mo (2-bdrm) and includes common area/building insurance (wind, hail, etc.), basic cable, etc, but not inside/contents insurance. I'd be pleased to assist you, if you would like to pursue this (or any other property inquiry), I may be reached at: Lee@LeeByTheSea.com or (843) 283-3221. Enjoy your week!

Home owner assessments are generally charges levied against each home owner for capital project improvements to the structure or common grounds of the building in which the owners property is located. These charges...based on the overall cost of the project being undertaken...are generally payable over some agreed to period of time (some possibly 1 month and others possibly upwards to 3 months or longer).

These assessments are not to be confused with home owner association fees which are monthly fees charged to home owners to cover things such as common area maintenance, pools, common electric, trash pickup, etc.
