My contemporaries are correct, however there are some foreclosure properties that are a HUGE bargain, as well as some short sales. Rentals are pretty stable, although there appear to be more units available that in recent times and thus some flexibility in terms of credit scores, prices and amenities offered. Woodstock, however, remains a destination so again, it has not dropped as much as in other areas. The prices in the area have had less of a decline than the rest of the country. Woodstock and the surrounding areas are favorites for second homes.

We've only seen a small decline in pricing in Woodstock. We seem to be somewhat insulated compared to what's going on in the rest of the country. The second home market still remains quite strong.
