The Maine IDX is broken into categories we can search! Keep in mind no every broker is a REALTOR, nor on the mls which means a quick call to Caribou City Hall to pose from their transfer book, how many sales on record. Otherwise the mls number I look up won't reflect every sale..especially sale of land by dad to son that involved no broker nor was recorded on the mls.
