It's possible that it's in contract, sold, withdrawn from the market, etc--any local agent can help you--contact any realty office(s) and inquire or contact any local Trulia contributor(s) directly and ask.
The home has been withdrawn from the MLS after being lsted for nearly 500 days. From the history in the MLS it was under contract for some of that time, then it fell through. That's a tough situation for the seller to lose momentum that way. It was previoulsy listed as a short sale. Any speculation further would would be merely that.
