Hi, There are several colleges in the area. First and foremost the University of Arizona. There is also Tucson College, Pima Community College, Southwest College of Visual Arts, The Art Institute, and University of Phoenix. Grand Canyon University used to hold some classes here, however I think they pulled out last year.

The University of Arizona has an excellent history and continues on this path. Pima Community College also produces good results and numerous other opportunities are available in Tucson. As already mentioned, be extremely careful with rental properties if they are not managed by a local property management company. Good luck and I hope this information finds you doing well.

In spite of NAU (Northern Arizona University) having it's main campus in Flagstaff, they have a presence in Tucson also. The other answers steer you correctly with the other schools in the area.

Two main colleges are the University of Arizona, and Pima Community College. Many other smaller schools to choose from as well, such as the University of Phoenix, etc. You won't be disappointed in Tucson when it comes to school selection!

Other than excellent schools, Tucson is an exceptional community. Big enough to feature a selection of arts and if you are a nature lover or sports enthusiast, there are hiking and biking trails, and much to enjoy.

The University of Arizona, which is the first University formed in the state and is a land grant institution. There are a handful of other private and smaller colleges.

There are several options for you, including the U of A and Pima Community College. Please be careful when looking at rentals, as there are many scams out there. Maybe consider working with a property manager or check out a company here in town called Apartment Locators. They rent all kinds of properties including houses, condos, townhomes, and etc. I have heard good things from many clients that have work with them in the past.

Best of luck.
