Hi Tiffany and Jim, ** Accurately reported on 10/22/12 **

The current annual tax for 2008 Lincoln Court, Wyomissing are $8,918 based on the current milleage rate. The listing in the MLS database is reporting a lower tax of $8,854 because this was the annual tax at the time the listing was entered into MLS system. Every July the new tax rate goes into effect because the school tax milleage may change every July 1st....which increased this year.
If you contact me, I will explain to you the tax appeal process which may help a property owner to lower the assessed value for tax calculation purposes. I have first hand experience with this process in Berks County. This info will pertain to properties located within Berks County and may be useful info for any home you may be researching and considering a purchase.
I welcome you to contact me on my cell phone 484-269-0171.

Hi Tiffany

Currently the taxes are $8,854 on the property. We could take a look at the current assessment, which might be high for the current market.

Feel free to go to to search for homes in the area. The tax information is included and you are also able to get information about the local area and schools.

If you have any questions feel free to email or call me. Always happy to help answer any questions.

Hi, Tiffany and Jim:

The taxes on this house are currently $8,854 (the house may be over-assessed, it seems a little high for the house - the square footage at 3,400 sq. ft. for this house is actually WRONG, because as it says in the Public Remarks, it includes almost 800 sq. ft. of finished basement, and basement sq. footage is not considered to be the same as above-grade sq. footage).

If you'd like to find the same houses online WITH the tax information included, you can go to and search a particular Zip Code within your price range, and every house currently on the market (or on Trulia) will show up there WITH the tax info included....)

Hope this helps!
