If you are seriously considering purchasing in any area, it is good to visit it at different times of the day. Go when you think you will be coming home from work to see how safe it is. Talk to the neighbors regarding their experiences in the neighborhood. And ask your realtor. Agents are a good source of location and all the amenities and activity in the area.

I specialize in Emeryville and can give you information on the lifestyle and conditions of specific area.

Yes, you want to go to and input an address and police dept and hit enter to see crime statistics. Are you in the market to buy? You only need a minimum 580 fico score to quallify for CHF Access half percent down payment program which can contribute towards your closing costs as well. Do you have down payment and closing cost saved? If not, this program will work.

Here are some listings available in Alameda County to study. I only saw one in Emeryville at $449,999 which would be $2,250 down but it is a Jumbo loan amount and would require a minimum 600 fico score to qualify. A local agent/broker may have more listings available in Emeryville. Not many companies offer this program but I provide this program throughout CA.

Here is a flyer and a needs list to qualify. I only need to ask a few dozen questions?

Hi lvn4givn03,

Check out

Realtors® typically do not comment on "crime & safety" due to Federal/State anti-steering law exposure. An individual who "directs a particular race to a certain neighborhood and away from others" may be accused of "steering".

It's best if you go to the local law enforcement office and ask what questions and concerns you may have. You can also check
