This is an older condo and while the fees are listed at $566.74 and include all but taxes, you will want to really take a look at the condo docs and utilize the timeframe for that as there may be special assessments coming in the future to address any infrastructure maintaince and/or upkeep.

This is in a great location (depending on where you want to be) that's walking distance to the metro.
Let me know if you would like more info on this unit or the building.
I agree with Alison, you should work with an agent if you're interested in this property.
Long and Foster
That's a good question! You should work directly with an agent who can help you learn more about that specific property (and probably will know a lot about similar properties in the area). To find an agent, just click on the yellow button on the property's listing and you will be able to start a dialogue.
Please let me know if you have any questions or if I can help with anything else. I am happy to be a resource for you. Good luck with the search!
