My suggestion is to get a budget you can work with as it relates to purchase price and then imagine what your home would look like and what features it would have.
then mail me and I will send you via e-mail all the properties available to you in that zip code.
I just got back from London two weeks ago and did a Place in The Sun holiday vacation show and know everything about vacation properties.
There are a lot of promisies out there and very little follow through.

Each community has to permitted to be a short term rental community.
It is not by zip code or street.
