What do you mean "about the marketable conditions"

are you talking about the features of your home that make it different or more saleable than another new construction, 4 bed rooms - ac - large yard - close to schools - close to public transportation


are you talking about the location of the home - quite st vs next to a gas station

are you talking about the interest rates - still historically low

are you talking about the demand or lack of demand in your market. Low supply - large demand vs high supply no demand.
