That home is in county, has septic and has private water per the MLS. It has an accepted offer on it and has been pending since December 14, 2012. It has already gone through the foreclosure process. It could fall out of escrow. If you are a serious buyer and want to be connected to the Bakersfield MLS so you are notified the minute properties come available for sale or come back on the market, please contact me and I will set you up with a link to the MLS. That is the easiest way to find a home. DEE OLIVER-RE/MAG MAGIC 661-747-7763

Hello,

The listing states Private Water, but the home is already pending.
