to my understanding there is a lot of new construction occurring in bay county and washington county, FL
such as the new airport and the new wildlife theme park. How will new developments such as these affect that area's real estate market with the economy being in a recession?

FIRST ANSWER
Yes there is. The airport is going but the theme park is not as of now. There is abrand new Division coming in with 9 thousand new homes projected. Spring Ridge. I know a guy down there who lost his trailer. But his 10 acres are against the new spring ridge. He would sell i know he would. Land now in that area is around 10 - 12 thousand anacre. Spring ridge is selling there lots at 40,000 and its less then an acre. I think he has an ad on Craiglist Dothan AL or Panama City.
