thought i'd posted this before but apparently not-if it becomes necessary to share a home, to meet the
mortgage , will hiring a realtor to find sharees help? Is this something realtors do? Does this include background and credit checks and are written agreements with the renter advisable?
thanks W.

Some Realtors wil help w/ this, and others will not. If you find one who says yes, it would be worthwhile to pursue further discussions w/ that agent.

You can get a realtor to help. We have clients that are looking in all price ranges for rentals. It is worth a shot. A commission would be due and contracts / background checks can be written just like any other rental.
