Do you have this property in escrow?

Have you had an inspection?

Once it has been inspected during your due diligence period you should have contractors come out and give you an estimate to complete the repairs.

From there you can either accept the current deal or renegotiate based on the estimated cost of the repairs.

Please feel free to contact me should you want to discuss this further.

I look forward to hearing from you!

Good evening Tom,
I suggest you have a home inspector look at it. The inspector will be able to tell you if there is a structural issue or cosmetic.
You can then hire a structural engineer or contractor to price a repair if that is determined to be necessary.
Your Realtor (you do have one I hope) can guide you to the proper people to look at the issue.

There are a lot of properties with cracked slabs. The question is to look and determine if it is structural. Your Realtor will guide you to the proper pricing to purchase the property.

Good luck and i wish you well.
