If looking to sell, invite a few local agents from different realty companies and ask for a cma, comparative market analysis; review the data, ask opinions and go from there; cma's are provided free of charge by most agents, or consider hiring a professional appraiser.

Dear Washington:

If you are asking how much the property located on Brooklyn at 776 Crown Street is worth, I would have to say it would carry a market value of $550,000 to $600,000 based on average per square foot prices in the area. The exact value can be a lot higher or lower based on the overall condition of the property.

Another way investors figure out value would be to take the annual rent roll and multiply it by a factor (the factor can be anywhere from 5 to 10 these days in that area).

Without actually seeing the interior of the property I cannot be more specific. I have been selling real estate and representing homeowner in Brooklyn since 1993. If you want we can arrange to get together and upon viewing your property I can give you a more fine tuned estimate.
