I wasn't sure what they were asking for grant deed, deed of trust, etc.? And they may be the current owner.... we definitely need more info! :)

I also concur with you, I wouldn't just hand out the deed to a property (even if it is public record) without good cause!

Hi Sinead, interesting, I looked at the tax record and the owner would simply have to call to get a copy of the grant deed. Hard to say, cheers!

Hi,

In order for someone to supply you a copy of the deed of trust, there would have to be a good reason. Given the house is not for sale, nor is it distressed, there is nothing we could think of that would allow us to give you what you are seeking.

We feel this is an unusual request for a public forum. On a side note, we have a lot of respect for Sinead and her knowledge.
