Yes, I agree with Jim and James. I normally say buck a foot until you reach 1600 sq ft and then it reduces...but North Highlands homes are normally smaller than that. Check some of the property managemnt sites for the property surveys. It's most otten listed by zip code, and number of bedrooms with a range.

buck a foot.. Or more ....or less.... depending on everything else. James Lyon gave you a very good answer.

Buck a foot does not apply in case of a real large house, a teeny tiny house, or a house in awful condition
