Hi. Mike. I know this is an old question but perhaps others can benefit. Currently you'll find 2 bedroom apts for around $540-630 for 900-1000 sq ft (or more depending on the floor plan and square feet -- I see some up to $1000/mo). This is a college town so you'll find some competitive rates and newer units.

The job market is recovering like most mid-west college towns. Our industrial base is not what it was a decade ago but there's a lot of good buzz as of late for future growth. We're also 45-60 minute commute to Indy -- which bring a lot of other options but much higher housing prices.
