Joking aside, I'm not in your area. Plus this is a question better posed to an agent in person, that you might be interested in working with/interviewing.
Here's the agent's perspective:
Agents are payed only when a home, where they are the procurring cause of the sale, closes. So why would anyone want to bust their hump putting together a list of sold properties in the last 6 months, as well as information on an entire county, just for you to say "thanks, cya".
On the flip side, make it clear to someone that you're going to be in the market to find a home, you haven't picked an agent yet, and you want one who is responsive and knows the market, and would be able to provide you with a market report and information on the community, and I'm sure they'll all jump at the chance to help you.
