I would check with a good, mortgage professional. There are many factors which go in to the loan process. Income, assets, credit, appraisal, etc. The good news is rates fell this week and 439,000 is no longer considered a jumbo loan.

Only a mortgage brokers who can review your file with all your financial documents would be able to provide you the correct info. It all depends on credit score, debit ratio, employment history, same process it requires to obtain a loan purchase a home.
