Go under the advice and opinions section of trulia and click find a pro. Email some of the top active agents nearby.

Then I would suggest to do the following:
-check out their website
-ask them about online marketing...and not just "do they do it?" be specific
-sales history is good but if a house isnt priced right even a top agent cant sell it
-see what the agent shows you for comps for your home and see what you thought the price of the home would sell for

Pick the agent who you feel most comfortable with and who has the best marketing strategy.
