I paid for it 18 months ago I have over 200,000 in this home,just wondering if anything is selling in the area and if so how long does a home priced at this amount usually stay on the market,i have been over the market for over 8 months with no luck i am relocating and must sell.
You had better have a special home to be selling it at the top end. Cut price by 10% every month. 2010 will see tremendous home price drops as the "waiters" realize the buyers are broke.

There are about 2 to 3 homes in Temple, Ga selling in the $125-149k price range. There is about 23 months of inventory in this price range as well. The actual days on the market are about 8-10 months. So you are about to sell it hopefully! If your current listing agreement expires with your current Realtor then please give us a call. We just sold a home in Union Station in Temple last month. We are the go to agents for Temple in our office.
