First of all the property has been in contract since 08/29/13.
The property is being sold through a bankruptcy trustee.
It needs work and most likely will require cash to purchase it.

Many home are market like they are great deals however I always
us the saying

"If it sounds to go to be true it probably ask more
questions and verify everything you are told"

Agents are not appraisers and at the end of the day an appraisers opinion is the most important opinion, even if you pay all cash. Since this home is a moot point try registering on my site to get current homes that are available. http://www.yarrowkubrin.com

This home is either in Escrow or already sold. If you are interested in this price range there are several things you need to do to successfully purchase a low-end starter home or fixer-upper. First, you must have a realtor lined up to help you find a home as soon as it hits the market and write up an offer, and you need a lender and cash to prepare for financing or paying cash. It may take expensive financing to get a loan on a fixer, but that's why you have to plan in advance and have options when you need to decide. I'd be happy to talk to you about it more.
