I subscribe to the principle that EVERYTHING IS NEGOTIABLE! Even when people will not budge on the price we can get other concessions. I started my career in real estate investing!
Have you toured the house yet?

Hi, Marvin,

Have you been to the house to check it out? If not.would be more than willing to schedule and answer any questions you may have. Making an offer and negotiation with seller is really the only way to determine if price is negotiable.

Let me know how I can help?

The agent remarks do say it is in an estate. However, it has been held by a trustee since 2005 and is not currently in Probate. The Auditors valuation of the property is more often than not, no reflection on its actual value. There is no way to know what the Trustee will accept or what power they have to make regarding the decision on the sale price. If you are interested we can investigate and find out.

If you are a qualified buyer, the seller will entertain an offer. This is a beautiful home with upscale amenities completely updated and ready for a new owner!

Great question Marvin! List Prices are nothing but a starting point for negotiations. How much they'll negotiate depends upon many different factors. I would love the opportunity to represent you in your real estate purchase, as it appears you are not currently working with an agent. Please don't hesitate to contact me with any further questions or concerns, take care & have a great evening!

MARVIN - 20+ years of full-time experience in this industry dictates that usually all prices are negotiable. This property has been on the market for 4 1/2 months with one price reduction less than 2 months into the listing. Although it is assessed by the county auditor at $92k, it is in an estate and I'm sure they would like to get it sold. Get a good, experienced Realtor to represent you as a buyer agent (obviously I would love to fulfill that position for you) and get it done NOW!!

True, everything is always negotiable. In many ways Real Estate is the epitome of the capitalist system. However, that does not mean that people WILL negotiate on every thing; it means they CAN.

Everything is negotiable in real estate. Give me a call, or send me an email and we can work on seeing the property and possibly submitting an offer.
