Home sales are up 10% over last year in the Bryan, College Station area. I agree with Kurt that it is very important to seek an informed Realtor that you can trust. Happy home buying.
Yes, property in the Bryan/College Station area is a good investment as our market remains stronger than many in the country. We are somewhat buffered from some of the problems other markets are experiencing due to our high turnover rate (we are home to Texas A&M University). Beyond that, the economy in Texas stays relatively strong and is expected to remain strong. As always, the strength of any investment will depend on property location, condition, and current market trends...trust your investment to a qualified and trustworthy REALTOR who can help you make an informed decision. Best of luck!
The housing market in the Bryan - College Station area is strong at this time. Investing in the College Station area is a good investment in the long run.
