I know enough about regional median prices to state that prices peaked in Atlanta and in Greenville at about the same time, around July 2007 and hit their most recent bottom at about the same time, around January 2009.
Some zip codes in GA and SC have seen price appreciation since early 2009, at least through July of this year. However, there has been a precipitous drop in activity since the late summer, and I can state pretty confidently that Taylors is a declining market right now.
